Day 8 – Weigh-in Day

You have successfully completed your 7 day basic diet plan and now it’s time to weigh-in and see just how simple it was to lose 10 pounds in 7 days.

Keep in mind that everyone’s body is different and some people may receive different results. If you haven’t reached the weight goal then simply follow the same plan the next week and lessen your portions of food from the week before.

You will find that using this diet plan will give you the results you are looking for and the body that you have always dreamed of!
