When it comes to finding the proper foods to eat to help us lose weight many times we find ourselves standing in the isle at the market and starring at a confusing Nutrition Label not knowing if this is good or a double-edged sword. Here I have put together a number of great foods guaranteed to boost your metabolism and help you burn fat while you eat! Start incorporating these foods below to see immediate results.
Beans- Many types of beans including Lima, Kidney, Black, and Pinto are loaded with fiber and protein which in turn helps your body develop more muscle tissue. Eggs- The fact over eggs being healthy for you has been well argued. In my opinion, eggs are a great source of protein, Vitamin D, and amino acids. All of these listed help do a number of benefits to the body including burning off fat. As long as you eat eggs in a moderate manner you will see no bad, long term side effects and you will see weight loss as one egg only contains 5 grams of fat! Even drinking raw eggs is a wonderful way to get a large boost of protein in the morning to get your day going.
Avocados- Avocados are thought by many people to be unhealthy due to its fat content. However, the fat found in Avocados is a monounsaturated fat that has proven to lower insulin levels and control weight gain and aid in the loss of weight itself. The best way to see results is to limit your portion to ½ of an Avocado when of eating.
